Sound familiar?

"I forgot to follow up"

The #1 reason glaziers lose jobs. Your quote sits in a customer's inbox while they call someone else.

Average loss: $800-2,000/month

"Quoting takes 20 minutes"

Measure, calculate, type up, send. Multiply by 10 quotes a week. That's a full day lost.

Should take: 30 seconds

"I have no visibility"

How many quotes did you win last month? What's your pipeline? Most glaziers have no idea.

Flying blind on revenue

What the agent does while you're installing

Not a tool you operate. An agent that works. You stay on the job — it handles the office.

1

AI Quoting

Tell it the job in plain English. It knows glass types, labor norms, and access factors. Calculates from your rate card and creates a professional quote in seconds.

2

Auto Follow-ups

Day 3: gentle reminder. Day 10: urgency nudge. Day 14: expiry. All via SMS from your number. Customers can reply STOP.

3

Revenue Intelligence

You sent 12 quotes this month. 4 went cold. Here's why — and which follow-ups brought them back. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.

4

Morning Briefing

"Won 2 yesterday ($3,100). 1 overdue follow-up. 3 jobs today." Start your day knowing what matters.

5

SMS Integration

Real messages from your real number. Customers reply naturally. The agent understands "yes", "too expensive", "when can you come?"

6

You Stay in Control

60-second cancel window on every SMS — watch it count down before it sends. Pause follow-ups with one tap. The agent works for you, not instead of you.

It actually speaks glass

Not a generic CRM with a coat of paint. GlazierAgent knows your trade.

Quote for a 60x48 sliding window, laminated both panes for noise. Vinyl frame, second floor. It's for Rachel.
Heads up: Dual 5mm laminated on a 60"x48" slider puts each pane at ~52 lbs. Standard vinyl tracks are rated for 40-45 lbs. I'd recommend confirming the frame spec before we send this.

Both panes laminated is the right call for acoustic — single laminated + regular still gets noise complaints from customers.

Second floor adds access cost. Want me to price it with a weight advisory note, or spec thinner laminate to stay within frame limits?

You talk, it acts

1

Tell it the job

"Quote for Dave, 1200x900 clear 6mm, ground floor bathroom." Plain English. Done.

2

Agent builds and sends the quote

Pulls your rate card. Calculates materials + labor. Texts the customer from your number. One tap to confirm, 60 seconds to cancel.

3

Agent follows up — you're on a job

Day 3: gentle reminder. Day 10: urgency nudge. You didn't touch your phone. It handled it.

4

Customer says yes — you get notified

The agent caught the reply, updated your pipeline, and surfaced it when you're ready. Job won.
